In Mar de Coco we perform creative responses, initiatives that mobilize our collective wisdom to generate the conditions for life. These projects restore and enhance their environment, helping our ecosystems, communities, and people to thrive and adapt to climate change and the challenges of life.

Regenerative design is based on caring for the origin of creation, upon harmoniously weighing our developments in conjunction with nature.

We build in bioclimatic architecture, we use local materials and local vernacular techniques such as the use of palapas to have well ventilated and fresh spaces. Wide walls are used for thermal insulation and the most important thing is that all the buildings are designed very organically to blend in with nature and capture the sea breeze, achieving spectacular views and cross ventilation in all units.
